Pull down the notification shade and tap VahanConnect.apk, or find it in Files → Downloads.

Allow the install
Android asks permission to install from this source the first time. Turn it on, tap Install, then Open.
The “unsafe file” and Play Protect prompts are normal for an app installed outside the Play Store. This APK is signed with our own release key — the fingerprint below is published at /.well-known/assetlinks.json on this site, which is what lets it run without a browser bar.
